    the series is as Whedon approved and "executive-produced" as the dark horse buffy series.

    Also, it's like, totally cannon.

    The release I'm most excited about is RASL!!!!!!!!!! Jeff Smith is *finally* back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Everything else pales in comparison!!

    And of course, Crime Bible and The Circle are out too. Both are rather good.

    Blue Beetle! The only title in a tie possition for best current weekly series (along with Iron Fist).

  13. RASL #1 - Got the RASL SDCC issue for Christmas and have been marking down the days ever since. Plus Jeff Smith/Newsarama interview yesterday rocked.
    CRIMINAL 2 #1 - And not because Sean Phillips said I should. This is a great series.
    KICK ASS #1 - Only because I'm afraid of what Millar might do to himself if this book tanks
    FABLES #70 - Niko Henrichon.
    PROJECT SUPERPOWERS #1 - The Twelve has been great so far. I'm curious to see how this series unfolds.

  17. Jim Shooter's return to the Legion Of Super-Heroes has been an unexpected delight. Who knew the old boy still had the magic touch?

    Though to be honest, I should have never doubted Shooter after first reading Dazzler: The Movie.
