  1. She should just say "enogeb sretah!"

i for one feel wish people would pay more attention to context, and not get their panties ruffled so much, it seems like people are LOOKING for stuff to get all up in arms over.

    Chill out peoples!

  2. i'm willingly admitting i may have overreacted a tad. but there's a billion reasons i did and none of them are right.yes i'm a guy who admits being wrong...shock horror. when i hear misty and pauls podcast and i heard what she was saying it it was the whole tone that came off very condecending..in a way she sounds like my ex so maybe i projected more hate into it that normal. plus in the comics world i'm struggling to get back in the industry after a massive absence. i used to work for a small publisher inking and made a good living for being underage. anyone remember Zen:intergalactic ninja? i did alot of uncredited work for various things in that.anyways there's this grudge where i have something to offer to the comic world that yeah will make female fans happy and bring people together and all that happy shit. so the pressure is really on for me to deliver something amazing or die trying...i can't afford to fail. and seeing all this shit on the interweb of all the bullshit currently in comics combined with my struggle to survive misty on the pod cast with that tone she had set me off. i regret i got so mad over it...i hope people who care understand where i stand on things and that i'm stressed out trying to make my way back to where i was.

so i'm done with the misty situation...i'm going to let it go and die like it should have. put my efforts and focus where it should be..which is making comics.

  3. Well, you won't get an argument from me that the name calling and outright insults were acceptable or called for. I found some responses on various blogs (including my own) less than appropriate.

  4. What bothers me most is when women do it. I don't like the costumes some of the heroines are in, in fact, I hate them. But I'm not about to say that a certain character is vapid or useless because of her clothing or cup-size. Or a real person, for that matter.

  5. Yeah...it's pretty sad that in general, many feel comfortable responding to lookist attitudes in society by be...well, "looist" (is that a real word?).
