Blockbuster: "Healthy Box-Office Killing Home Video Rentals"

In what can only be called a stunning reversal, Blockbuster recently declared that a rise in movie attendance is eating away at their video rental business.

In other news, "nothing good has come from the Internet" and Fox to make version of "The Bachelor" with an overweight dude called "The Fatchelor."

I'm not kidding.

  2. The Lynton quote would be something if SONY TV wasn't financing ANGEL OF DEATH which premiered on Crackle.com... and is sure to be sold to territories worldwide for a nice profit.

He's talking out of his ass, and as I said on my blog, what he said translates to:

"I haven't been able to A**R*pe the internet the way I have TV, Theaters and DVD."

THAT said, it appears Lynton offered his dark masters at Sony HQ to give back his year's salary because Sony's box office sucked. They refused.

I so wish they had let him fall on his sword.
