  1. Same thing I buy every month: Ultimate Fantastic Four.

  2. The new House of Mystery title from Vertigo caught my eye.

I am also very interested in Marvel's upcoming line of comics (in English) from French publisher Soleil. I believe the first release from hits the stands this week.

Oh, and, um, I will probably slide the new issue of Moon Knight underneath the stack of intellectual titles as I stroll up to the counter.

  3. Action Comics Annual #11
    Avengers Invaders #1
    Boys #18
Color Of Rage TP Vol 1
    Foundation #5
    Logan #3
    Maintenance #10
    Omega the Unknown #8
    Secret Invasion #2
    Tor #1
    War That Time Forgot #1

More than I would have expected for a first week of the month, although everything is a miniseries except for Action, Boys, Maintenance & the TP.

  4. Looks like a fun week.

    Avengers/Invaders #1
    Secret Invasion #2
    Mighty Avengers #13
    Invincible Iron Man #1 (Fraction!)
X-Factor: The Quick and the Dead
    Logan #3

I realized this week that I'm down to just two DC books on my pull list. Hope Final Crisis gets me interested again.

  5. Strangely enough, I've got about 12 monthly titles on my pull list and this week I'm not going to buy anything at all. Its kind of refreshing to have nothing coming out this week that I want to read.

  6. Action Comics Annual #11 (Assuming this isn't some cruel trick.)

All-New Atom #23 (I'm curious as to where Remender is going with this. I'm convinced it's not wholesale supporting cast slaughter.)

DC Universe Special Justice League Of America (I might buy two -- one for me and one for my nephew)

    Detective Comics #844

    House Of Mystery #1

    Jonah Hex #31

Nightwing #144 (I'm really digging this storyline. Tomasi seems to really get Nightwing's "voice" and his place in the DCU.)

    Tor #1 (KUBERT!!!)

War That Time Forgot #1 (Soldiers vs. Dinosaurs? I've GOT to give this one a try.)

    Mighty Avengers #13

    Secret Invasion #2 (Hoo Yeah!)

  11. Everyone should go buy and read House of Mystery #1 so that they can tell me what to think about it.

  13. Nananananananana... Nana vol. 10. After I get volumes 8 and 9, that is. Those are the only ones on the list I can buy from here in Hamamatsu... unless I daytrip to Tokyo to visit Blister in Harajuku, that is.

    Which I won't.

But if I did, and they had them, I'd get the Abe Sapien book, Conan #50, Buffy #14, War That Time Forgot #1 and Madman Atomic Comics #8.

And TwoMorrow's The Best of Draw Magazine book. They put out some fine stuff, and Draw is the best of the instructional mags/books out there as far as American style stuff goes.

Nana's what I'm all about these days, though.
