I think the tux is tops, but the cowl/veil/thing conspires to make Babs looks less like a super-bride and more like "Dumb Donald" from "Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids."
It just dawned on me that if DC had retained some of this sensibility, we would have got to see similar "dress uniform" versions of all the hero's costumes in that Arrow/Canary wedding book. Which would have been too awesome for words.
